We offer all things brows: waxing, trimming, tinting, growth, brow retail products and trainings.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are located at 24110 Meadowbrook Rd, Ste. 108, Novi Michigan 48375. Inside Toblin Center on the corner of 10 mile, behind PNC Bank.
DO YOU OFFER MICROBLADING OR OMBRE BROWS?
Microblading and Ombre Brows are tattooing techniques. We don’t offer that.
HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?
Select the BOOK NOW tab, choose the location, select the service, date, time, and you’re all set. You’ll receive a confirmation email with the appointment details
DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-INS OR SAME DAY APPOINTMENT?
Your time is value to us. We are an appointment-based business. If same day does become available, we post this on our Instagram and Facebook pages. We do not have a waiting list
HOW LONG DOES BROW TINTING LAST?
Results vary and last up to 3 weeks. Tinting is safe and Ophthalmologist approved. We use a vegetable- based professional formula (not Henna) that’s safe for facial use.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET WAXED?
We recommend waxing every 4-8 weeks for best results.
WHAT SHOULD I DO FOR WAXING AFTERCARE?
Your skin may be sensitive following your wax. Any red bumps or irritation should subside within a few hours. Avoid sun exposure/tanning, hot baths/hot tubs, heavy lotions, and exfoliation for 48 hours following your service.
CAN I BE WAXED IF I’M TAKING RETIN A, RENOVA, OR ACCUTANE?
NO. These medications increase the rate at which your skin exfoliates so waxing could potentially remove skin as well as hair. Please let your service technician know immediately if you are on any medications. Also be aware that chemical peels, sun tanning, laser, and micro-dermabrasion can also affect skin integrity.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?
A 24-HR grace period from the date you schedule your appointment to cancel or reschedule. After the 24 HR period, you're allowed to transfer to another date within a 1 month timeframe. No Refunds.
ARE MASK REQUIRED?
Yes. All clients must wear a mask. If you do not have one, masks are available .
CAN I BRING SOMEONE WITH ME?
Due to social distancing, no guests are allowed. No kids unless they are being serviced.
HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE IN THE SALON?
Brow services are appointment based. There will only be you and your brow expert. When you arrive, please remain in your vehicle, and text (313)241-8612 with your full name. You will be notified when you can enter the suite.
ARE THE RESTROOMS AVAILABLE?
Yes, the restrooms will be available
WILL SANITIZER BE AVAILABLE? DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN?
A Sanitizing station is located at the door upon entry.
